           跑采购3周，体重下降4斤，倒是个意外的收获，去健身房也更加勤快了，希望能尽快减到理想的体重，身体很重要，呵呵。
          最近心情好了很多，俗话说的好，听人劝，吃饱饭。听了很多朋友的劝说，现在已经比以前安静多了，好好做生活，也有点任命的感觉，既然无力反抗，不如好好享受。
          发觉每个人都有自己的烦恼，在向朋友们诉苦的时候，也在劝朋友要想的开，积极的面对挫折，想想活着真是一门艺术。感觉跳槽完了之后，自己长大了不少，连我老娘在周末看到我在家做家务的表现之后，都开始称赞我长大了。
         最近开始跟着JEFF中毒TAILAND和COMBOD的旅行，很向往，不仅仅是为了那20泰铢的一摸，而是觉得游记里别人拍回来的吴哥窟的照片很有味道，满沧桑的。年底如果能成行，当是一件相当美妙的事情，攒钱......
